FIELD INSTALLATION

Armored thermal resistance is a type of temperature sensor, which has a smaller diameter than assembled platinum resistance, is easy to bend, and has good shock resistance.It is suitable for installation in places where assembled thermal resistance cannot be installed. The company's WZPK series armored thermal resistance uses imported heat. Resistance temperature measuring element. Therefore, it has the advantages of accurate, sensitive thermal response time, fast quality, stable quality, and long service life.
The outer sheath of the armored thermal resistance is made of stainless steel, and it is filled with high-density oxidizing material insulators.Therefore, it has strong anti-pollution performance and excellent mechanical strength, which is suitable for installation in harsh environments.
The armored thermal resistance can be used to measure the temperature in the range of (-200-500) ℃, and it can be directly connected to the secondary instrument with copper wires. Due to its good electrical output characteristics, it can provide accurate temperature change input signals for display instruments, recorder regulator scanners, data loggers, and computers

The resistance of the thermal resistance wire changes with temperature. The display meter will indicate the temperature value corresponding to the resistance value generated by the thermal resistance

Resistance value of thermal resistance temperature sensing element at 100 ℃ (R100) and its resistance Ro ratio at 0 ℃: (R100 / Ro)
Indexing number Pt100: Class A Ro = 100 ± 0.06Ω
Class B Ro = 100 ± 0.12Ω
W100 = R100 / Ro = 1.3851
Range specifications
Model | Index number | Temperature measurement range | level of accuracy | Allowable deviation △ t ℃ |
WZPK | Pt100 | -200-500 | Class A | (-200-650) Tolerance at ℃ ± (0.15 + 0.002 | t |) |
Class B | (-200-800) Tolerance at ℃ ± (0.30 + 0.0051 | t |) |
Note: "t" in the formula is the absolute value of the measured temperature of the temperature sensing element
