XSL series inspection instrument

You can set the total number of channels used. You can also arbitrarily close the channels that you do not care about temporarily so that they do not participate in the tour display and alarm comparison.

Description

◆8-80 input channels, aluminum alloy housing, plug-in terminal blocks
◆0.2-level accuracy, measurement and control speed of 0.1 seconds or 0.2 seconds per channel (thermocouple channel)
◆ Can input thermal resistance, thermocouple, DC current, DC voltage signal
◆ 2-digit channel number display, 4-digit measurement value display, display range -199-9999
◆ The thermal resistance display resolution is 0.1 ℃. The thermocouple display resolution can be set to 1 or 0.1 ℃ through parameters. (Each channel is set independently)
◆ Can set the total number of channels used. You can also arbitrarily close the channels that you do not care about temporarily so that they do not participate in the tour display and alarm comparison.
◆ Each channel independently sets the signal type and range.
◆ The digital filter time constant is independently set for each channel to improve the display stability.
◆ Zero and full-scale correction can be set independently for each channel to improve system measurement accuracy.
◆ With fixed-point display function, easy to adjust.
◆ With parameter copy function to quickly set parameters, greatly reducing the workload of parameter setting
◆ Standard communication interface, can choose RS232 or RS485TCASC protocol or modbus--rtu protocol

◆ Alarm function:
①Each channel has 4 independent alarm settings and independent upper or lower alarm modes
② Independent alarm indicator for each channel
③ 4-point alarm output, 2 configurable alarm output modes.
Method 1: The working mode of the flash alarm.
The first point of alarm output is closed when any channel enters the alarm state from non-alarm state: automatic delay recovery (confirmation) or panel key recovery (confirmation).
2nd point alarm output: As long as 1 channel is in alarm state, it will be closed.
The alarm indicator of each channel has three states:
① Not lit, it means the channel is in non-alarm state.
② Blinking: It indicates that the channel enters the alarm state from the non-alarm state, and there is no automatic delay confirmation or panel key confirmation.
③ On: The channel is in alarm state and has been confirmed.
Mode 2 The two alarm setpoints of each channel are shared.
1st point alarm output: The 1st alarm setpoint of any 1 channel is closed in the alarm state.
2nd point alarm output, the 2nd alarm set point of any 1 channel is closed in the alarm state.
The third point alarm output, the third alarm set point of any 1 channel is closed in the alarm state.
The 4th alarm output, the 4th alarm setpoint of any 1 channel is closed in the alarm state.
