The brochure describes LWGY turbine flow meter standard technical specifications, model and its installation, operation and maintenance. But in the manual it does not describe the different characteristics of users, and also no revised amendments at the end of each technical point of order, structure or components, because some equipment modifications will not affect the function and operation.
LWGY type turbine flow sensor (hereinafter referred to as sensors) is a precision flow measurement instruments, with the corresponding Flow totalizer can be used to measure liquid supporting the flow and volume. It is widely used as measurement, control system in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, scientific research areas.
Sensors and output amplifiers have a wide range of combinations (see Model specifications code form), the sensor can be used with the control room of the second instrument or controller connected to the plot to achieve balance, transmission and control functions.

1) .High accuracy. Generally up to 1% R, 0.5% R
2) .Good repeatability, short-term repeatability can reach 0.05% ~ 0.2%. It is precisely because of good repeatability, such as regular calibration or online calibration can get very high accuracy, which is the preferred flow in trade settlement meter
Output pulse frequency signal, suitable for total measurement and no zero drift when connected with computer, strong anti-interference ability:
3) .High frequency signal (3 ~ 4kHz) can be obtained with strong signal resolution
4). Wide range, medium and large caliber can reach 1:20. Small caliber can be 1:10
5) .Compact and lightweight structure, easy installation and maintenance, large circulation capacity
6) .Suitable for high pressure measurement, there is no need to make holes in the body of the meter, and it is easy to make high voltage instruments
7) .There are many types of special-purpose sensors, which can be designed as various types of special-purpose sensors according to the special needs of users, such as low-temperature type, two-way type, downhole type, and sand-mixing type.
8). Can be made into a plug-in type, suitable for large-caliber measurement, low pressure loss, low price, can be continuously removed, convenient installation and maintenance.
