LZB- ( )W/WB series mini flow glass rotameters include DN3, DN4, DN6, DN10 which are featured with light structure,sensitive adjustment ,easy installation.They can carry out the micro gas and liquid measurement and analyses in the industries of environment protection, medical service, light industry, food industry, scientific research etc.They can be used together with analytical apparatus, environment protection instruments,medical facilities and other scientific experiment devices.

The flowmeter is mainly composed of a conical glass tube that expands from below and a float that moves up and down as the fluid flow rate changes (Figure 1). The sum of the lift force S generated by the fluid kinetic energy on the float and the buoyancy A of the fluid When the float's own gravity G, the float is in equilibrium and stable at a certain height position. The scale on the cone indicates the flow value of the fluid. The reading position of the float in the flow meter is shown in Figure 2.

1. The flowmeter should be installed vertically (the angle between the centerline of the flowmeter and the plumb line should not exceed 5 ° C). For newly installed pipelines, the pipeline should be flushed clean before installing the flowmeter. The measured fluid enters from the lower end of the flowmeter and exits from the upper end
2. The installation of the flow meter uses a nozzle as a pillar. Open 2 ~ 011 holes (with a thickness not exceeding 5 mm) on the device, with a hole distance of 116 or 140 mm. Pass two nozzles M10 × 1 through the mounting holes, and fasten the flowmeter with a flat hexagon nut
3. Do not mix large particles of dirt in the measured fluid, otherwise the float will jam or block the flowmeter path, affecting the normal operation of the flowmeter. Install a filter upstream of the meter as needed
4.The pressure of the measured fluid entering the flowmeter must be stable, otherwise it will cause the float to fluctuate and cannot be measured correctly.A buffer or a setter should be set upstream of the flowmeter.
5.When using a flow meter, the flow regulating valve should be slowly opened to prevent the float from striking upwards and damaging the glass cone.
6. If flowmeter leakage is found, tighten the inlet and outlet nozzles and the pressure nut of the flow control valve. If the above method does not work, the seal ring should be replaced if it fails.
7. Cones and floats are contaminated and should be cleaned in time. Regularly check the flowmeter for errors.Once the error is exceeded, the float or cone tube should be replaced or recalibrated.
8. When the measured fluid and state (pressure, temperature) is inconsistent with the scale and state on the flow meter, the displayed value must be corrected according to the measured fluid and state.
